- What counts as an HCS seal?
- One seal is one SHA-384 digest (96 hex characters) committed to Hedera Consensus Service. Pro and Business include unlimited seals under standard anchoring; Enterprise contracts carry an annual allowance sized to your volume.
- Can I switch between monthly and annual?
- Yes. Switching to annual prorates the remainder of the monthly period. Amounts are shown in the billing portal after sign-in.
- How do Business seats work?
- Business includes three seats. Additional seats are added during checkout or later in the billing portal. Quantity changes prorate automatically.
- Is Enterprise self-serve?
- Bronze and Silver can be purchased instantly with a card or invoice. Gold and any custom terms (SLA, dedicated topic provisioning, SAML, BYO storage) go through our sales team.
